This special, snowbird-friendly abode enjoys an unbeatable location on St. George Island, atop a high sandy lot with views of the Gulf of Mexico. A peaceful beach is within a quarter-mile stroll, and you can reach Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve in a block and a half. This quiet street is wonderful for restful retreats. One of the main draws of this dog-friendly home is the fantastic time you'll spend outdoors. Launch the two provided kayaks (with carts for your use!) and take daily dips in the private, in-ground saltwater pool on the enclosed back patio. The pool area also has an outdoor dining area and poolside seating, which you can enjoy before walking down to the beach for an unforgettable sunset. Upon entering the house, you'll discover an open-concept living area with an abundance of natural light and coastal decor. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. The living area leads you to a Gulf-view screened porch that invites you to relax and revel in the sounds and cool breezes of the sea. It's a great spot to dine alfresco, play board games, and simply experience coastal living at its finest. Additional home perks include a beautiful soaking tub in the main bedroom and an on-site washer/dryer.
