Guests with mobility issues are welcome to use our shuttle service for easier transportation between resort amenities.
Please note the resort does not have a lift.
Housekeeping is available for rentals after four nights.
Resort fee will be collected at time of booking. The resort fee includes:

The restaurant is currently closed for renovations.
A $50 check in fee plus tax will be due upon arrival and will be collected at the property.
Hanalei Bay Resort VOA units will be undergoing drape renovations. This project started on March 10, 2025 and is expected to be completed by May 1, 2025. During this project, we will need to gain access to each unit in order to remain on schedule. Work will be Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
