Amenities like a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning make for easy relaxation. Cook up your favorites in the open kitchen, then enjoy a meal together in the dining area or at the prep table that seats four guests. The open loft space (separated from everything by a spiral staircase) is perfect for younger guests who want their own space to rest or enjoy themselves. But there are no stairs to the main bedrooms in this home, so everyone is welcome to come along and relax. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
