One of the best things about this coastal condo is the spacious private balcony that offers views of the bay, ships, and shrimp boats. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play and the cargo ships go by! Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and a comfy Queen sleeper sofa. The dining area features a table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, so you can meal prep with ease! The in-unit washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen area. The primary bedroom features a plush queen size bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with a second bathroom located just outside the door.
