Lighthouse Point 6C is a third-floor condo with a great view of the Tybee Lighthouse standing tall at the north end of the island. This property is an excellent option for families. Enjoy pool views and a glimpse of the ocean from the comfort of your private balcony. Relax and enjoy the living area, with a Queen size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV. The living area opens to the balcony with a table for 4, and a porch swing with a great view of the community pools below. The kitchen is fully equipped with a counter-height refrigerator and freezer to optimize counter space, and includes a washer and dryer for guest use. The dining table has seating for 4. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV. Extra amenities include WIFI, community pool. There are two reserved, covered parking spaces available. Guests must climb stairs to the third floor, as this building has no elevator. Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
