Charming and cozy studio fully renovated and furnished in 2024! This cozy gem has a queen size bed and a cot (suitable for an adult or child). Your private bathroom with a full size shower is merely feet away from your bed. Lucy's Studio has 2 fold up individual tables and a card table that can be used with your computer or to have a meal on. A full kitchenette area with a well stocked pantry is included. All the essentials one needs for the weekend, week, month or longer are included. The studio comes with coffee, tea, bottled spring water and snacks, all included as a part of your stay. Need fresh linen or towels, just ask your host Laurie. Several outdoor seating areas are available to guests. A lounger to enjoy the sun or have a nap is also ready for guests. Security and pathway lights protect you and your vehicle at night. Portable beach chairs with a table and umbrella, portable cooler, beach towels, beach bag, shark's tooth sifter, surf board, mini BBQ..... All these are available for your use at no additional charge. Your charming studio is privately located behind a 6' fence just built in 2024. Lucy's Studio did not sustain any damage from the hurricanes that came through this area and stayed dry at all times. A mile from Venice Beach and many other great local beaches and within minutes to all name brand stores, great restaurants and shopping, this cozy gem is getting booked quickly.

At the moment I work partly remote so I am always able to accommodate my guests needs. I have been a dog and cat lover forever. I have several rescued Greyhounds. No worries, they rarely bark as they are too busy being 45 mph couch potatoes. If you see one they will want your affection!!!

Peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. There are many sights to see within a reasonable drive.
