This place is uniquely situated in midtown which is close to the downtown square and so many local favorites! It is a charming 1930's Tyler home that has been renovated and updated. We also have tried really hard to make it as cozy as possible so that guests can come and relax while in Tyler. We have thought about how we relax and have done our best to incorporate those things from comfy mattresses, quality sheets and towels, to cozy blankets to cuddle up under.

We love hosting and setting up environments where people can come and relax. We have been in the hospitality business for the last 15 years in some form and really enjoy creating spaces for people to laugh, relax, and unwind! We have 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls), and absolutely love the city of Tyler!!

If you are a traveling Nurse or Dr. looking for a place close to the Hospital or a family exploring Tyler, this newly renovated cottage is a true gem. Walking distance to both hospitals and Tyler Junior College. It is perfectly located by some of the best that Tyler has to offer: Stanley's BBQ (.04m), The Square Downtown (bars & restaurants)(1.1m), Villa Montez (2.4m), Bergfeld Park (playground, splash pad, tennis, and pickleball)(1.7m), and Tyler state park is just 11miles! This cozy cottage is a great place to stay for a few nights or a few months!
