Debra and Gordan purchased rental properties in several areas; commercial, residential, and a beach-front condo. The beach condo was being managed by a local vacation rental company; however, the guest reviews were consistently low. It didn't take long for Debra to decide she wanted to manage the entire process. Guests returned year-after-year because they trusted the Florida Vacay Rentals brand knowing that any property they chose as their destination would be clean, well maintained and that they would be treated like family!

This updated condo is decorated with beautiful white accents paired with unique terracotta tile resulting in a fresh, boho feel. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can comfortably sleep 6 guests.
The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.
