Yes (!!!), you can come from anywhere WITHOUT quarantine when following the Hawaii Tourism Authority steps (simply check their website to learn about the steps to visit Maui) The apartment was entirely redecorated with new furniture, new TVs (including OLED!), SONOS sound bar, new beds and new mattresses.
