Property information

Phoenix V is located on the sandy white beaches of Orange Beach, AL, a popular location. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops and nightly entertainment within minutes. There is a Pirates Ship - Splash Pad down by the pool that is a hit with all the children. For security, this play area is inside a fenced area. The private balcony overlooks the white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a private boardwalk to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on site. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. A grilling area is located at this complex. Renter is responsible for supplying charcoal. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest has two double beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 8). All levels have elevator access. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL NO SMOKING ALLOWED (in or about the condo or balcony). Pets are not allowed. Must be 25 years of age to rent. STRICTLY ENFORCED. Monthly rentals must be reserved for the calendar month.
