Welcome to Ocean Blvd Downtown Long Beach This high rise condo is perfect for business or leisure travelers. Just steps from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The area is very safe and everything is steps away- a car isn’t needed. The condo is customized with a bohemian design and all new furniture throughout! This condo sits on the actual race track of the famous Nascar race which takes place annually in the beautiful city Long Beach
