Located just 20 minutes away from the Coachella Valley, this Villa has a modern and tasteful decor, mixed with great and varied amenities. Inside, you will find a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: - Bedroom 1: King Bed - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds - Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Double Sofa Bed. There is also a Pack n-Play. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a large center island, to enjoy delicious shared meals. Also, there is a dining area and a living room space with direct access to the backyard. Outside, there’s a private pool, a jacuzzi, a basketball court to shoot some hoops, and a putting green to practice for the golf course. There is also a lounge area complete with a BBQ grill. The Villa’s main features: - A private backyard with a pool to soak in the sun. - A basketball court and a putting green for some fun outside. - A jacuzzi to get into the relaxing vacation mood. Services & Common areas: -Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of 109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service. The payment must be done prior to the arrival. - The jacuzzi can be heated to 104 degrees free of charge. - Please note: the pool heater and the jacuzzi heater cannot be on at the same time - There’s free parking on premises for 3 cars + free street parking. To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
