• Paid parking is available. • Parking for everybody will be across the street (handicap included) -no exception. • All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. Common Areas: • ALL ARE CLOSED including pool, gym, and conference room. Access to all units will be necessary during the months of Jan., Feb., and March for the following purpose: • Paint the door and weather stripping. • Turtle lights on balcony replacement. • Guests will not be able to access the balcony areas while they are being painted (i.e. the swing stage will be present outside of each balcony). • Staff & Contractors will be opening all doors regardless of inconvenience to the guests for the above purposes. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
