Property information

This unique space in a renovated 1913 home in Historic Trinity Park has evolved from the grand ground floor of a home, to art gallery, to nonprofit office, to 1700sf apartment. It features large rooms, high ceilings, and lots of natural light, as well as NEW full kitchen - though with your proximity to Durham's great restaurants, you won't be doing much cooking! Enjoy the pool in season (generally June-October)! Pet friendly.

Neighbourhood information

Historic Trinity Park is one of Durham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, both for its historic architecture and prime location. The tree lined streets connect to parks, Duke’s East campus, and right to the heart of downtown. I love that I can enjoy the peace and quiet on my street, and within a 5 minute walk be in the middle of everything.
