MAIN LEVEL: Dining room  /Kitchen & breakfast room /The living and family room: both with a full-size Sofabed /Bedroom 1: a King-size bed with a hybrid mattress, a full-size Fulton, and a foldable crib /Bedroom 2: a full-size bed with a hybrid mattress and a bunk bed with a full-size hybrid mattress at the bottom; a single-size spring mattress on top. /Bedroom 3: a Built-in queen-size bed. /2 Bathrooms: 1 with a bathtub, 1 with a shower UPPER LEVEL / LOFT: Bedroom 4: open space concept loft with 2 small-single-sized built-in beds with spring mattresses and 1 bathroom without a shower. Use stairs to access. 18 and older only and may not suit everyone. Please see the pictures carefully because some of the features in the house may not be suitable for kids. HOT TUB is open year-round unless influenced by inclement weather. The FIREPLACE is closed from May 15 to September 30. Firewood is stored in the front of the garage. You may need to purchase fire starters. Surveillance or recording devices on property: Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located outside of the house, facing the driveway and backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. GUESTS WITH CHILDREN: Parents of young kids please note that the bottom of the stairs is not gated. LOFT/ATTIC is only for 18 and older at your own risk. Child supervision is necessary at all times. By booking this house, you agree that the condition of your use of the whole property and the amenities in the community is at your own risk. A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We do have wildlife, including bear sightings, so make sure not to leave food or trash outside. In Wintertime after heavy snowfalls, the outdoor area may be not accessible.

NO events, parties, large gatherings, or loud music are allowed. /3. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. /4. Shoes: Please TAKE OFF shoes when entering our home. /5. Fireworks are NOT permitted in the community. An automatic fine will be administered and possible additional fines and legal action. /6. Fireplace: CLOSED between May 15 and September 30. /7. The Barbeque grill should be cleaned after use. /8. NO weapons of any kind on the property. /9. A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. /10. You agree to book in goodwill and you will keep the property undamaged otherwise you will be charged for the cost of recovering damage. /11. The host must be notified of any abnormal conditions or damages occurring during the guests' stay. If you damage the property and the next guest asks for a discount or refund, you are responsible for the costs. /12. Must be at least 21 years old to book with a condition of the owner's right to refuse it. /13. Illegal use of Wi-Fi/Internet networks will never be allowed. Any copyright infringement or illegal use of the internet is subject to a fine. /14. The guests should RESPECT and follow all community guidelines. /15. The guest must provide the first names, last names, and ages of every guest five business days before arrival. Otherwise, amenity access will not be allowed and you may be disrupted by community officers.
