Located in the Midtown Village area of downtown Philadelphia, this boutique hotel is one block from the performing arts district Avenue of the Arts. The rooms at The Arco are furnished with natural wood flooring, a coffee maker, and a private bathroom. They are equipped with a flat-screen TV with Chromecast and free Wi-Fi. Independence Hall is only a 15-minute walk away from Sonder l The Arco. The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is just a block from the property.

After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or laundry facilities. There is no cable. This is a central location and is prone to city noise.
