Hi fellow travel aficionado my name is Jason. I grew up in Leucadia, the coastal community in the city of Encinitas, surfing the beaches of Beacons, Grandview, and Stone Steps. I've been all up and down the coast of San Diego and I think Leucadia is the quintessential flavor of laidback beach living. But that lifestyle doesn't slow down the travel bug in me. I have luckily been able to travel all over the world and since the popularity of short-term private rental spaces, those have been my go-to choice for lodging and meeting the locals. I've become very good friends with some hosts and they've inspired me to start my own. I have recently joined the fun in hosting my STR and have worked many months on remodeling and capturing the essence of Leucadia's beach vibe for guests to enjoy. I have hundreds of 5-star reviews with another platform searching “Leucadia Beach Grotto” and I'm new to BOOKING COM. Looking forward to growing in this community as well. Location! Location! Location! Leucadia is a funky, friendly beach community with a decidedly casual, laid-back vibe—even by san diego standards. It's a very sought-after neighborhood of Leucadia, a town in the city of Encinitas, with multi-million dollar homes but with a down-to-earth beach vibe and just a short walk to many unique restaurants, markets, and beautiful beaches with super surf spots. Only a 28-minute drive to downtown San Diego or a 17-minute drive to Oceanside. Walking distance to the beach and most needs. Just one block from bus routes, and a mile away from the Coaster station for access to trips all the way to Downtown San Diego and up to Oceanside.
