The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy watching the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony! The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
