Welcome to this Warm & Inviting Place, close to everything in Sioux Falls. When you step in this main level duplex unit, you can’t help but be in awe with the surprisingly welcoming and stylish updates. You definitely do not want to judge this book by its cover! We have packed this home with a mid century modern influence and a contemporary cottage style. This main floor unit has been remodeled and filled with high end appliances, designer style , custom furniture & custom window treatments and one of kind pieces. (The house is a duplex with the main level unit being this listing with access from the front of the house. The basement unit is also a rental to other tenants but they have their own entrance from the back of the house. There are no shared areas.)
I am a mother who works as an Interior Designer for a local furniture / home interior store in Sioux Falls, SD. My other half, Curt, is a small business owner with children of his own and about as friendly as can be. We are very family oriented and love nothing more than spending time with our children and growing family. We focus our time on our faith, family, working hard and making time to enjoy life and helping others as we can. We will respect your privacy during your stay and chances are we will never see each other.
The neighborhood is older with smaller, quaint homes and yards. The house is located in the center of town, only a few blocks from Sanford Hospital. It is an extremely convenient location and close to everything in Sioux Falls including Sanford Hospital, Avera Hospital, Midco Aquatics Center, Denny Premier Center and the many bars, restaurants, parks and attractions that downtown has to offer.
