It offers 2 miles of oceanfront beaches, where swimming, fishing, shelling, surfing and dolphin watching are popular. With 90 feet of private beach, the home features a wrap-around deck with dramatic ocean views, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen (also nearby seafood restaurants are highly recommended) as well as an outdoor dining area under a tiki hut, hammocks and open air fire pit.
Unwind at this stunning beachside paradise with details for a luxurious yet charming seaside feel. Enjoy the ocean views from the dining room, master bedroom, outside terrace or back yard. The house is located in the enclave of Cocoa Beach, a locals-spot with fine white sands and curling waves and home to World Champion surfer Kelly Slater. Although shops and restaurants are only eight-blocks away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
This property was recently renovated and designed with custom furniture and wonderful amenities for private beach access.
