Welcome to this newly updated waterfront 5 BR 2.5 Bath house located in one of the best locations in the island. The white sand beach is only a mile away. The house sleeps 12 people, with 3 king, 3 full and 1 twin beds. The space has a modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. French doors lead to an amazing heated pool and jacuzzi with a canal view. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 dining areas. Patio has a 4 in 1 game table (hockey, billiard, tennis and football). Your slice of paradise is waiting for you in Marco Island with this newly updated waterfront that can accommodate 2 families at a time in 2 separate areas of the house. Just a mile away from the Marco Island public beach so you just walk or bike there, and very close to nice restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. This multi-million 3,200 square foot waterfront home offers all the amenities for a dream vacation. It sleeps 13 people. The space has an organic modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. You can enjoy your drink from the pool with an incredibly wide water canal view. This place is the perfect centerpiece of any gathering of family or friends.
