Each villa and suite is elegantly yet differently decorated and designed.
Complimentary roundtrip shared speedboat transfer or van transfer from the city center to the resort is offered for a standard number of occupants per villa as per the resort schedule. The speedboat transfer to the resort takes approximately 25 minutes, and the van transfer to the resort takes about 35 minutes. The speedboat transfer is subject to availability. An additional charge will be applied for an extra guest. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours in advance prior to the arrival date for a better arrangement.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests checking in exceeds the number of persons on the booking confirmation. Guests will be advised to book more rooms to fit the actual number of guests.
Extra bed and baby cot are available upon request for certain room types. Please refer to the individual room descriptions for more information.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
The property does not allow outside food, including raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, or beverages, to the resort. The resort gladly provides storage so you can collect upon check-out.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at an additional charge.
Children under 5 years old stay for free with existing bed and breakfast included.
Children from 6 to 11 years old will be charged at VND 350,000 net for breakfast using an existing bed.
Children from 12 years old and above are considered adults.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
