Halong Sapphire Cruises offers leisurely cruises and activities along Halong Bay. Featuring classically-elegant accommodation on board, Halong Sapphire Cruises embarks from Tuan Chau Port, just 7 km from Ha Long Night Market. The cruise ship features a sun terrace, bar and an on-board restaurant. Free WiFi is available. Decorated in red-brown and white, each room comes with elegant interiors, with the welcoming bed decked in white, as a centrepiece. The air-conditioned rooms come fitted with a shower. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer are provided. Guests can enjoy activities such as swimming and karaoke during the cruise. Tai Chi lessons and movie nights are also offered. The nearest airport is Cat Bi International Airport, 30 km from Halong Sapphire Cruises. Guest can also enjoy a complimentary round-trip transfer to/from the property in Hanoi's Old Quarter Area.

Please note that checkout time is at 09:00, however the boat will only arrive at the harbour between 12:00 to 12:30.
Registration of all guests with the cruise is required at least 24 hours in advance. Registration is valid with the provision of:
1. Full name(s) male or female.
2. Date of birth(s)
3. Nationality(ies)
4. Passport number(s)
5. Expiry date(s) of Visa for Vietnam
6. Mobile phone number(s) (if any)
A valid passport is required upon check-in on board.
All children are welcome. Child rates below:
- Children under 5 years sleep free of charge when using existing beds.
- Children between the ages of 5 to 9 years are charged 75% of the rate of an adult when using existing beds.
- Older children are charged as adults when using existing beds.
All rates include:
