I am privileged and so thankful to work in a family owned business and take the vision and mission of my parents to the next level and hopefully pass it unto my children again in future. We have limited time on this earth and I believe that doing what you love is the secrete to life. What we choose to do with what we have is the statement of our live's, we have to climb the mountain to get to the other side and sometimes it is the journey set out before us that teaches us the lessons we need to become better than we were yesterday. I believe every guest and person who stay's with us is on a journey in life, and what a blessing it is to be a part of that. Our guesthouse is more than just a place to sleep and eat, it is more, it is part of this amazing journey and we wish to make it a pleasant and enjoyable part.

Informazioni sulla struttura

As a family business the double story house was once the family home as well as offices, when the family moved to Germany to do business the house was converted to accommodate guest in 1993. As the business expanded new properties was added adjoining the first property. Since 2010 the guesthouse management was taken over by Lize the youngest daughter of Hennie and Marieta Muller. Renovation projects was set into motion and the property has been upgraded year for year to improve customer satisfaction and modernization. Some major renovation project are still to come and we are so excited to name a few, we want to expand our conference venue to accommodate 100 persons, we want to build a heated indoor pool with home gym and new spa room. We are also half way with building a children (baby) pool with water feature. Then next to the main pool area we want to build a Lapa for our guest to come together and have a barbecue or just gathering together. We are also looking at expanding our office's and reception area. We are always striving to better our guesthouse to better serve the needs and expectations of the guests staying with us.

Bloemfontein is still small enough to be like a small town, but large enough to accommodate to ones needs. We are situated in the suburb called Universitas, our suburb is in a residential area very close to the University of the Free State, Universitas Hospital, Grey Collage and Eunice Girls Schools. Universitas is very central near to the city central, we still call Bloemfontein the 5 minute town, because in most well traffic times you can reach almost any destination withing 5-15 minutes. Across from the Guesthouse within walking distance we have a local supermarket with everything you need, from take away's to pharmacy and liquor store so you don't even have to go far to get what you need.
