WE HAVE BEEN RATED 4 STARS FROM THE TGSA AS WELL AS BEST REVIEWED FROM THIS PLATFORM We also have a conference facility at our property in Alberton North Area about 4km from the Guest House. We host 8-10 delegates with a variety of options to suite every budget and preference. The completion of Utopia Guest House flats in 2021 ushers in a new era of quality accommodation in Alberante. Utopia is newly built and Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. All 3 of our guest flats have a kitchen and comfortable lounge. Utopia offers hospitality, warmth and tranquility for both leisure and business travellers. We can only hope with the qualities we have instilled; will bring guests like yourself back for another great experience. We Offer: • If you would like to have a small braai, we can arrange this at an extra cost. We would organize a braai and coals for you outside your flat • We have a philosophy of generating loyalty by providing excellence in our service • The Guest House is owned and run by Myself, Candice Phillips and my husband James Phillips, therefore we are here to make sure your stay goes as smoothly and relaxing as possible • Secure Parking for Guests •Alarm System and beams linked to a rapid security Company throughout property for safety. We have some great restaurants available very close to our guest house. Reading Golf Course for functions and golf etc. Peaceful, safe boomed off area
