Utopia is newly built and Guests can enjoy the comforts of a home away from home. All 3 of our guest flats have a kitchen and comfortable lounge. We have some great restaurants available very close to our guest house. Reading Golf Course for functions and golf etc. Peaceful, safe boomed off area
