We offer two private self catering cottages in restored old farm buildings. We are proud to offer something unique with a mix of modern functionality and antique furnishings in character filled buildings. Each cottage has a private, exclusive use plunge pool and braai area. There is Eskom power with solar backup to run the lights, a plug point and wifi during loadshedding. Gas stove and oven with stove top kettle for that cup of tea or coffee during loadshedding.
We have been together since 1994 and are keen international travelers. We moved from Cape Town to the farm in 2002.
Wolverfontein is situated 4km off the popular Route 62, between Barrydale and Ladismith. We are on the banks of the Touws River at the foot of the Touwsberg. Mountain biking and hiking is available in the Touwsberg private game reserve next door.
