A serene and peaceful haven, centrally located in close proximity to the airport, malls and hospital. We cater for both business and leisure travellers with tight security and solar power backup. Airport transfers are available upon request

Chamba Valley is an attractive neighborhood in the northeastern part of the city that has seen up-scaled development in recent years. The area boasts lush marshland greenery and urban modern homes, making it popular amongst upper middle-class locals as well as expatriates. Chamba valley is noted for its secure environment and wide range of properties, from apartments to modern houses. The suburb has both has beautiful tree-lined streets that blend harmoniously with the modern architecture that has developed in recent times, making for some of the best "all-round" living Lusaka has to offer. As a neighborhood with both legacy and modern development, Chamba valley is within a 20 km radius of both Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) and the Lusaka CBD, making it an ideal location for families and businesses alike.
