    We stayed one night because of visiting the festival. The guest house is nicely decorated; the owner is extremely friendly. The guest house also has its own parking lot. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, which is an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. A rich breakfast was also included in the price. Definitely recommend!

    Clean, well maintained, everything you need. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking equipment so that you can prepare breakfast and dinner for yourself easily and even invite a colleague staying somewhere else for a glass of wine in the evening.

    Room was spotless clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. The location is great when you travel with a dog as we did. Easy check-in (door code was sent with other instructions). As we stayed there out of season, the place was very quiet. Room was warm enough (beginning of March). Even if beds felt to be too soft, we slept well. Very short way to the tram stop and short time to go to the center.

    It is a perfect location for transit to the vest of Europe. The location is an old farm completely renovated. A visit to Linz is recommended, especially for dinner. It is very easy to reach and relatively close.
