Lots of advice about local area and newsletter available in print or from landlady. Very clean and nice place, lots of board games for families with children. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They let me have breakfast half an hour before it was served as I had to take a bus. We stayed in a family room with double bed and bunks, which was fine for 4. Room had access to a comfortable outdoor terrace but as it backed onto a steep grassy bank there was no view to speak of. We ate dinner in the restaurant which had a wonderful selection of Austrian specialties, delicious food. Breakfast was great as well. There is the coffe machnine, toast machine, kettle and etc. The living roome is very large with balcony with beutiful view to Söll and hills. The hotel is very pleasant and friendly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice. The ski bus stops 50 metres from the Pension.
