Breakfast was not available until after 8.30. This is unacceptable for a hotel that describes itself as a motor hotel. We had to wait for reception to open at 9am in order to pay our bill and check out!

CanadaGreat staff, Dirk and Michelle really made it fun and are super helpful. Best location for ski racing fans in town to watch the downhill training and really special to think we were basically sleeping at the start! Great vibe felt like a backcountry ski lodge but with a restaurant and gondola access :) 99 years of rustic charm. One of most special places we stayed over our 3 week trip following the world cup.

We stayed in a family room with double bed and bunks, which was fine for 4. Room had access to a comfortable outdoor terrace but as it backed onto a steep grassy bank there was no view to speak of. We ate dinner in the restaurant which had a wonderful selection of Austrian specialties, delicious food. Breakfast was great as well. There is the coffe machnine, toast machine, kettle and etc. The living roome is very large with balcony with beutiful view to Söll and hills. The hotel is very pleasant and friendly.
