Incredibly helpful receptionist provided me with all the information and sorted out a laundry for me as well as a Swiss/UK adapter. The room was comfortable, spacious with a big balcony looking out over the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were generous and good quality. We had a broken light and the staff tried their best to help fix it immediately. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty (a bit expensive) and the common room was nice. The hotel is slightly outside Davos (you can reach it by skiing) and it is on a busy road, but the windows are perfectly soundproof. The spa is big and offers different kinds of saunas.
