My review is based on 14 days in Czechia staying in  different accommodation every night....Was the stay value for money & would i stay here again and recommend? Definately  NOT for the reasons below. Most worrying was that they sent a message wanting cash to be left in an unlocked room Then refused to give a receipt. I wrote twice. Then they blocked me. No plugs on bed on either bed lights (yes really) No plug in sink. Bedding ( pillows& duvet) smelt of cigarette  smoke. Bottom sheet synthetic & irritating and  was removed. No shampoo. No soap. Disgusting & intollerable WC smell in shower area from room below. Door had to be kept closed. Snoring clearly heard from room below No instructions for electric radiator. It was cold in April. Nobody on site to ask. No air-con or fan See photo of patio area.Would you use it! Curtains impractical & allow very early light in room

Situated in Bavory, 17 km from Chateau Valtice, Summerhouse penzion Bavory features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge.

Very good value for money, location very good, easy communication and way how to access and leave the property. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of items to use in the kitchen, you had independence. People respected the night hours, you have drinks available to buy and fridge to use. It would be nice to have some snacks available to buy as well.

    I was slightly worried (when the Rustic apartment we had booked before was unavailable) that the top apartment Olivea would be small and uncomfortable. Far from it! It turned out to be a perfect place with its own kitchenette and air conditioning, which was so welcome. Not very big, yet spacious enough, well-lit and clean. Close to the castle, with some free parking space in the vicinity. I definitely recommend Apartmány Lavander Mikulov.

    Olivea Pension is situated in the heart of the historical town. From our balcony we had phantastic view to the castle (former seat of the Ditrichstein ducal family) and the rosegarden. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Plenty of humorous drawings on the walls remind the guest to taste the local vines - which include a great varity and are of excelent quality. The owner advised us where to look for free car parking. He also helped us with carrying our suitcase up to the apartment.

    Great motel with an American 1950s theme. Very large and clean rooms, nice staff. Dinner is limited to burgers and ribs, quite nice. But the best part was the breakfast - sourdough pancakes, they are to die for!

    Very nice inn 10minutes walk from the city centre. Cozy room with comfortable beds. Very clean! Beautiful and romantic backyard where you can drink a bottle of wine and watch the sky. Also on upper level there is jacuzzi and beautiful little garden. Very friendly service. Tasty breakfast (EUR 8/person). Dogs allowed but with additional fee.

    We would not book this room again. It was an extremely basic room with disappointing beds. The mattresses are much thinner and softer than the photos suggest. The uncomfortable soft mattresses lie on planks that squeak and creak enormously. The blankets where very thin and I felt so cold that I’ve kept my sweater on.

    We only stayed for one night but it was a pleasant stay. The staff were really friendly and the room had everything we needed. It's a quiet location close to the centre. There's a bar at the pension where you can have dinner and a drink.

    It's a nice, clean, modern comfortable guest house. It does the trick if you want to stay in a clean place in Mikulov. But not and "special, authentic and rustic" place as the picture would suggest.
