As others have said, the staff are super friendly and helpful. We felt so welcome. We loved our room, very comfy bed, lovely bathroom, and the continental breakfast in a hamper was a great touch. It didn’t bother us but in the morning (Thursday) there were some noisy bins about 7.30.

I was the only guest booked in, and the owners were very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, and cooked well. The weather was a bit foggy, so couldn't see much outside the window, but on a good day I'm sure it is magnificent. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and quiet too!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Stopped over for a night to break the journey from Glasgow to Devon, booked this place last minute and not disappointed. No issues finding it, not far from motorway and from local facilities. Visited Wyre Piddle for a superb dinner on the river. Accommodation top notch, way better quality than you get from rentals normally. Looked more like someone's house than a rental, clearly time and thought gone into it, modern contemporary look. And dog friendly which was great. Huge grassy areas outside for dog to walk on. No complaints!
Warm welcome and very helpful staff at both dinner and breakfast

The location was lovely in that the front of this historic inn is virtually opposite the magnificent Cathedral even though unfortunately I did not have time on this occasion to pop in for a browse round.
The room I was allocated was very comfortable and very clean.
And the breakfast in particular was exceptional.
Perhaps above all, the inn's staff were really friendly and welcoming.
Beautiful historic Inn, with very charming bedrooms. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The continental breakfast was presented in a well stocked hamper, and the full english breakfast using locally sourced produce was cooked to perfection.
I liked the location of the hotel (Very handy) and it was pleasant to stay in such an historic Inn. By a happy accident, there was also an article in Worcester News when I as there on the history of the Crown Hotel.
We had a really amazing stay thanks to our host, Martin. He was very friendly and his attention to detail is unparalleled. The pub is lovely and the traditional English breakfast delicious. We really recommend this Inn to anyone who likes rustic accommodations combined with a modern spin (bathroom redone!).
