Chewy. Not edible.. other steaks at the table were also not cooked as they were asked. The prawns were borderline raw. To make up for this we got a free bottle of cheap Prosecco. We ate dinner in Maxwells and Cedars restaurants - both were lovely and Cedars won! I loved the pool and spa area and went both mornings. All in all a very good experience.
