Staff is very warm and friendly - Kanchan, Shadab, Ravi, Tilak at front desk. The driver Vishal to and from airport was excellent too. The F&B team is very good and fresh food available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef was accommodating to our meal requests. Auto is easily available outside the hotel.
