They provided cutlery and dishes for personal use, since lunch and dinner were not included for me. Without any problems, we were allowed to use the coffee machine in the dining room to get hot water. Very quick to find. You can use the free city beach as a beach, literally 5 minutes walk. Very tasty and varied dishes for dinner. Also need to mention outside zone and balcony as nice places to take a rest. The wifi was really fast. A really relaxing atmosphere, breakfast in the garden, a refreshing pool and the kindness of Massimiliano, his family and his brother. The latter one is a very good cook, that served us exclusively an elaborate fish dinner one evening. The rooms provide everything we needed during our stay. The owners and their staff are very kind people and try to make your stay as comfortable, as much as they can. The guest house is cosy and an ideal place for relaxation. The locality, even though close to the city (by car) is secluded and very quiet. The scenery is absolutely romantic. The location is great if you'd like to have some peace and quiet from busy Rimini and Riccione but still be able to get to the Adriatic sea fairly quickly.
