The location is very convenient with few minutes walk to JR and Metro stations and to Donki Mega shop with Tax Free goodies. It is very close to Tsitenkaku (about 15 minutes walk) where Japanese food and restaurants are plenty to choose from.
FL house is very neat and tidy and it is well equipped with Kitchen facilities such as Big fridge and freezer, MIcrowave, Oven, Hot water kettle, 3 rings cooker stove. You can prepare your own meals or heating the take away food.
You can also gather around the heated carpet and watch Netflix.
All in all, my family has enjoyed staying in FL house and I would rate it as 9.5/10.
