At the start IHad a problem with my air con and she ran up 2 flights a couple of times to try to fix it ( no lifts ) in the end she gave me a room with air con. Beautiful big balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the gardens. There is a small refrigeration, kettle & juicer with some cutlery & cups and plates. We were able to get dinner at the their restaurant after a long day of driving and the food for breakfast and dinner were very good.
