The hoteliers were absolutely charming, and the hotel was very clean. This is a place where I would like to come back. There has been a tiny issue with feather comforter and it has been replaced very quickly by another one, with cotton.

The staff were happy to help whenever asked, language was no barrier. The room was huge and it had a balcony with views of the buzzing city and mountains. It's right near the main streets of Puli filled with great food and bubble tea. The 6289 bus to Sun Moon Lake stop is conveniently 30 seconds walk to the left of the hotel's front door. The 6670D bus to Taichung High Speed Rail station is just across the road around and the corner. There's complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby.

Was a nice hotel, and a great starting point for a day trip to Sun Moon Lake. Breakfast is very Chinese, which is totally fine and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and with Google Translate we could communicate well.
