Exterior was poor condition and shopping carts laying around, rear door key card did not work, breakfast consisted of waffles and toast, not even any cartons of milk. Fruit bowl only had apples.

Ice was left in a frozen glob in the freezer. There was no ice tray, ice was just frozen to freezer floor. Shower head needs replaced/repaired. Bed was different than advertised.

This location definitely needs updating. It's prime location is definitely a plus. The first room we were assigned had a great view, but signs of bed bugs in the past (spots on sheets and covers), and the room was just showing lack of care and cleanliness. Thankfully the front desk gentleman changed us rooms when we requested it, and the 2nd one appeared more clean and smelled cleaner. After this visit, I will stick with Hampton Inn.
