Location is very close to the Petrified Forest NP and Painted Desert NP, both worth seeing! They are actually in the same park. The room above us, they sounded like a day care center for hours..too .too much moving for hours at time. When we left for dinner at 6 then 2 hours later still too much noise. Two (2) calls to the front desk..at like 10pm. Way. way, too long of day for all the noise and disrupted sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We did not try the breakfast but walked to the restaurant right next door for breakfast and dinner.
