Friendly staff. Hotel had a cozy feel to it. Comfortable and clean inside. Great location to Killington Mountain and attractions.

I arrived much later than anticipated because my car broke down. I called to let them know that I would be arriving late and the manager told me he would be there until 10. I got there at 9:30 and there was no one to be found. It was snowing that night and maybe he decided to go home earlier but he should have called me to let me know. On my last night there, I needed to use the microwave and it was dirty. I used it anyway because I had nothing to clean it with. I pointed it out politely to the lady at the office and she mumbled something which I didn’t understand but clearly she was annoyed with me. In other places, the employee of the hotel would have said something like: “thank you for pointing it out to me. I will take care of it!” Prior to that, I had asked her an unrelated question and she was less than friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day but if not, she really is in the wrong business. Apart from that, the place was very clean and quiet.

The inn combines rustic charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind or explore the area. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The game room was a fantastic bonus—perfect for relaxing evenings with friends or family. Whether it was playing games or just enjoying the laid-back vibe, it added so much fun to our stay. The lounge area was equally wonderful, with a large TV and a beautiful fireplace that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of outdoor activities. What made the stay even more memorable was the incredible staff. They were genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The Trailside Inn is truly a gem, offering everything you could want in a mountain retreat. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone!
