Breakfast was good. We would have liked more variety of bread/ rolls. We very much appreciated the boiled egg on Sunday. Frau Lödermann had excellent local knowledge which she helpfully shared. She very generously lent us umbrellas as the weather was rainy a lot of the time.

Perfectly calm situated between the (center)-village of Ehrwald and the start point of our hike to the Zugspitze, we decided to book with "Gästehaus Haag" and have hit it wonderfully. Very friendly management, a lot of space for two people, also the bathroom was generous in space and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't make use of the balkon as it was a bit too cold and rainy.

Thats a good hotel in an great location. The quality-price is excellent. We had a nice apartment, with all facilities, very clean and comfortable. The stuff was very supportive and friendly. The breakfast is middle size, not expensive. The balcony looks all sides to the sightseeing. The hotel has sauna, table games, tabletennis , changing room for skies. We really enjoyed staying there and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

In fact, this is the second time we stayed there. The first time we were unable to eat at the restaurant, but this time we did. Gästehaus Brandnerhof is by far the best hotel and restaurant we have stayed at. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room is always clean and comfortably warm (winter) and the staff is always the nicest and always attentive. In addition, the restaurant has the most incredible food (steaks, appetizers, etc.) Every meal was delicious! We highly recommend Gästehaus Brandnerhof!!!
