Situated in Dunoon, 13 km from Benmore Botanic Garden, The Coylet Inn by Loch Eck features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The lobby is very inviting. Our room was very large and the view was beautiful. Waking up in the morning and seeing the Loch was a bonus. The bathtub was huge!!!! The food was amazing. My daughter said it was the best meal of our trip. She had the bathtub drink and it came in an adorable bathtub. The stairs are very steep. I suggest you take an overnight bag to your room and leave the rest of your luggage in the car.

"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... Very welcoming staff ! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Located just 5 miles from Oban, right on the lake shores and on Loch Etive, Lochnell Arms Hotel features a restaurant overlooking the famous Falls of Lora. Very easy to find, great location for our plans, very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, full of flavor, held us until dinner. GREAT, to go to Scotland ,and for 15 days, your hotel was actually 1 of only three hotels we stayed at that were owned and run and staffed by Scott's. All else felt as though we were in India,and their attitude towards guests , "ALL ABOUT THE MONEY" Sad to see your country,slipping Away,culturally. Won't be back.
