Size of the room, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing specially the person helping me from the basement parking to my room at the lift. I can't remember his name but he was super helpful & friendly

    Rooms are spacious and clean, food was good and good price, pool is nice but as a hijabi it was not very comfortable, The sound of the lounge party was loud at night, the sound insulation is not quite good, Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is comfortable, staff are welcoming, good services around the area you can even go for a walk. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    It was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, the view was magnificent. Overall it was lovely. The little pool or hot tub is heated, so it was so nice to sit it and relax. We were able to do the DIY barbecue in the evening which was great, the food was delicious and it was a lot of fun cooking by the fire. Hassam, Raafat, Adil and Guru were all amazing and so so helpful, they really made the stay exceptional for us.

    Great hotel, they upgraded our classic room and it was spacious. Big bathroom with bath tub and shower. Great pool on the roof top, parking garage. Breakfast was good too. And the people were really kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    I really liked the amenities such as the swimming pool, sauna, great shower rooms and the steam room. The hotel room was also spacious and I love the way the bathroom was designed.

    The setting is beautiful; red sand dunes and wildlife. The pool and spa (sauna and steam room) was great, probably because we had it to ourselves and the lady looking after the spa area was by far the best staff member. I imagine it could be cramped with more guests. Food provided by room service was good/acceptable for UAE. The room layout was nice if not a little dark during the day, bathtub was great (though had a set of guests walking right up to the window). Fresh dates at reception were delicious.

    The room is sufficiently large and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean and big enough. The hotel is on the outskirts of Al Ain, you need a taxi to get into town. The pool and garden area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of sun loungers and it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and tasty. We always looked forward to it. Thank you for the lovely stay.

    Staff were friendly, helpful and always pleased to help or assist.The room was large, well equipped and clean, nice comfortable bed and excellent range if tv channels.Room service dining was particularly good and very reasonably priced.Good location with direct interior access to a mall with further dining choices, a supermarket and,a good range of retail outlets.The spa was good, a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna plus other services such as a morrocan bath room and more

    Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were actually given food and spa vouchers to use during our stay. The hotel was right next to Al Ain Mall and within a 10-minute drive of all attractions. There was a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. All three were amazing. Pool was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice.
