The little pool or hot tub is heated, so it was so nice to sit it and relax. We were able to do the DIY barbecue in the evening which was great, the food was delicious and it was a lot of fun cooking by the fire. The pool and spa (sauna and steam room) was great, probably because we had it to ourselves and the lady looking after the spa area was by far the best staff member. I imagine it could be cramped with more guests. Food provided by room service was good/acceptable for UAE. The room layout was nice if not a little dark during the day, bathtub was great (though had a set of guests walking right up to the window). The hotel is on the outskirts of Al Ain, you need a taxi to get into town. The pool and garden area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of sun loungers and it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and tasty. We always looked forward to it. The hotel was right next to Al Ain Mall and within a 10-minute drive of all attractions. There was a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. All three were amazing. Pool was nice and clean.
