Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us dinner even though their kitchen was closed. Food was delicious and breakfast was very nice. Location was good, about an hour's walk from the end of the Theth to Valbone hike but we caught a taxi for €10! Plenty of parking and also outdoor seating is nice for drinks in the afternoon. The bathroom is spacious and nice. 2/ The staff was really-really friendly and helpful. The outdoor sitting area is a place to be. To soak in the beautiful surroundings, to relax and breathe. As an extra service, we requested the Guest to drop us off the beginning of the hiking trek. If you wish to reduce the hike for the 4 kms of just walking, hire someone else. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.Guest review byJanaGroup

The spa has a pool and multiple saunas (only one was switched on though because there were only 4 people in the spa), which was great for relaxing after a day of hiking. The restaurant serves great food and wine, but as can be expected at a higher price than usual for Valbona. It's also convenient that the small village market is right outside the hotel in case you want to buy any snacks. The bathroom was shared with just one more room and there was hairdryer. We were able to get tasty dinner prepared by the owner and breakfast was very tasty.
