AustraliaThe property and staff were wonderful and suited our needs perfectly but our room was not serviced at all during our stay. I originally booked for 2 nights but added a third. The room was not serviced the first night which I thought was an oversight as the “please service my room “ sign blew off the door but it was not done the second day either. I like having my bed made and dishes washed every day. I’m on a break and that is why I chose a motel over a airbnb.

Lounge was cosy and warm, and laundry facilities were very appreciated. Loved the big TV with Netflix/Stan access. Both bedrooms had builtin robes with drawers and hanging space. Beautiful big room with a comfy bed, large TV, and a large two person bath in the room so you can watch tv/listen to music while in the bath. Restaurant was outstanding- delicious food and excellent service. Hotel also has a sauna, spa, pool and gym. A clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay and rest during a long trip. The onsite facilities were great such as Spa, Swimming pool. It also had a large grass area to sit around and relax. The parking onsite makes it very easy to carry luggage to the rooms. The bathroom was one of the best we have seen in a motel with plenty of good pressure hot water and plenty of thick towels. Sparkling clean. Thank you for the complimentary continental breakfast. The motel was easy to find and close enough to the city center to walk in. A short stroll down to the golf club for a relaxing dinner with views over the course.
