The warm, friendly staff. As soon as I walked into the foyer, one of the staff behind the drink counter, immediately said a cheery hello. And when we arrived back to the hotel quite late, after my daughter was married, the staff did all they could to accommodate us in the foyer with drinks, water and potato wedges. And he offered to take photos of us. Such happy memories were made. Thank you.
